If you allow me Is there anything more beautiful than solving people's problems? From my point of view, no. It is also a responsibility, because, indeed, receiving so much recognition, which there is no doubt, forces you to continue being up to the task, at the highest level, but that obligation, for me, is a right, a pleasure.

How were the beginnings?
Well, I remember them, in our MASTER's office, very happy, exciting and although indeed, everyone, when asked that question, always answers that they are hard, I must say that I don't remember them being hard, (if difficult, although not excessively), but not hard.
I consider myself a lawyer by vocation, I have always wanted to be a lawyer, I would not change it for anything, and I have always enjoyed and enjoy my profession. Perhaps, with those prerogatives, it is easier not to consider my beginnings hard.
It is also true that, almost from day one, we were warmly welcomed by family, relatives, neighbors, etc..., who, at just 23 years of age, entrusted me with their legal matters to find a solution. Now, with perspective, many times I think and smile at the same time, about how these people entrusted their criminal matter, to a boy with just turned 23 years old, well, the truth is that they did it, and the result should not be very loud, when they repeated.

What was your first Estrella case?
I remember perfectly. It was too soon. With just 25 or 26 years. He exercised the private prosecution against a gang of robbers called the BANDA DEL HACHA, very dangerous, which was dedicated to robbing stores and restaurants, armed with knives and axes, causing serious injuries and major robberies.
It turns out that they also entered a house, believing that drugs were hidden there, and were practically on the verge of murdering 3 members of a family. A real slaughter. The success of that affair, (In which all lawyers who intervened there, combed gray hair, the magistrates, even more), is that our request was, by far, higher than the one exercised by the public prosecutor, and I had the ability to convince the room, which sentenced those criminals to the maximum custodial sentence.
I remember, as if it were yesterday, that the president of the room, in addition to congratulating me on my report on the podium, WISHED ME A FUTURE FULL OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS. This lawsuit for the better has marked me in my professional career, because sometimes when things don't go as well as you want, you always pull things like this, to quickly put yourself together, and continue.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING AS A LAWYER?
Family and sport. Definitely. Also, in that order. I believe that the family is the BASIC, FUNDAMENTAL and ESSENTIAL pillar of every person, that one must take care of, and that it is the place to be taken care of. As we could say, TO CARE AND BE CARED FOR. And the sport. I love athletics, specifically the marathon.
In fact, I regularly participate in athletic events in this discipline, both in Spain and abroad, where I have visited the United States twice (I have run the New York and Chicago marathons), in Europe I have run in Germany (Berlin ), and if possible, in October I will participate in the London marathon. In Spain I have participated in several marathons. Malaga, Seville and Madrid, although there are several that I have pending.
But what I like the most, more than competing, is the training in which I participate almost daily, with a group of friends with whom I do those marathons that I have mentioned before. It's fantastic. It is a wonderful escape route from day to day, from stress, …
What do you ask of the future?
As a song said. “I want to be, just now”. I want to be as I am right now, fully happy, on a personal and professional level, too.
